Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the services provided by Aurelia Mobility S.L.

1. Scope of services

Aurelia Mobility S.L. provides official legal, administrative and consulting services for residence, document legalization, tax identification numbers and corporate relocation, in strict accordance with the laws of the European Union member states.

2. No guarantee of outcome

While we apply professional diligence, final decisions on permits, recognitions and registrations rest with the competent public authorities. We do not guarantee a specific administrative outcome.

3. Client obligations

• Provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents.
• Respond to requests for additional documentation in a timely manner.
• Comply with the applicable national and EU legislation.

4. Fees

Service fees are agreed before engagement. Official government fees, apostille costs and sworn-translation costs may be charged separately.

5. Communication

Our primary instant channel is WhatsApp messaging. This number is used for messaging only and does not accept phone calls.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union member states in which the services are rendered.
