Our intake and eligibility forms require explicit GDPR consent before any personal data or document is processed. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

  • Virus scanning of every uploaded file before it is stored.
  • Encryption of personal data and uploaded passports, in transit and at rest.
  • Strict access control limited to authorized legal personnel.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time by contacting legal@aureliamobility.online.

5. Data breach procedure

In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the competent supervisory authority and affected individuals in accordance with the GDPR timelines.

6. Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
